Placing an Order
Orders are accepted and processed from 10:00 to 20:00. Same-day bouquet delivery is available if the order is placed and confirmed before 18:00.
To place an order on the website, select a bouquet, fill out the form, and click "Confirm Order". A manager will contact you to clarify the details.
When paying via bePaid — a payment link will be sent to your email or messenger after the order is confirmed by a manager.
After payment, keep your card receipts for reconciliation with your card account statement.
Delivery Terms
Delivery cost within MKAD — 15 BYN.
Delivery cost for orders from 500 BYN (to a single address) — free within MKAD.
Delivery cost outside MKAD and during non-working hours is discussed individually depending on the address.
Delivery is carried out from 10:00 to 20:00 within a window of 1–3 hours (depending on workload).
