Due to the vast variety and seasonality of most flowers we use, the required components may not always be available at the time of ordering. If some flowers are unavailable or available in different colors, we reserve the right to substitute flowers (and packaging) with similar alternatives in appearance, color palette, and cost, while maintaining the overall concept of the bouquet. If fulfilling the selected bouquet is not possible, a manager will contact you and offer alternative options.
